Richard Jefferson spent two years in Cleveland and got really close with his teammates. He knew how to make people laugh. LeBron James was definitely laughing.

Jefferson is watching LeBron win games, and he doesn’t miss a chance to take a shot at him. It’s hilarious.

The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Memphis Grizzlies in a really tough game. Memphis had a 22-2 lead in the first quarter. Jefferson had an opportunity to interview LeBron during the ESPN broadcast. The Lakers superstar started laughing at the very first moment Jefferson opened his mouth.

LeBron James bursts laughing

LeBron finished the night with 28 points, 9 rebounds, and eight assists. Jefferson thought it would be nice if he asks the following question.

“You’ve been missing quite a few dunks lately, is everything OK?”

LeBron couldn’t stop laughing.

“I don’t know, R.J., I really don’t know, man,” he said. “I don’t know if everything is OK, man. I think the Washed King is really starting to catch up with me.”

LeBron has missed three dunks on 32 attempts. He missed three on his 107 attempts in 2019-20 and missed four in 89 attempts in 2018-19.

Los Angeles has an offensive rating of 93.0 points per 100 possessions. Their defensive rating is 125.0 points per 100 possessions. Their net rating of minus -32.0 is last in the league.

“We gotta figure that out,” LeBron said. “In all seriousness, we keep getting down in the first quarter, man, it do take us a little while to get going. But we can’t do that against no team, especially the good teams, and we’re going to be playing against a lot of good teams coming up. So getting down like that on our home floor, especially like that, 22-2 , it’s not a good ingredient for a championship team, but we found a way to get it done.”

Los Angeles has a seven-game winning streak, and players will do their best to keep winning games.
