Lakers’ LeBron James Has One Major Business Goal Moving Forward

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is successful on and off the floor and his business plans always work. The king of basketball won’t retire in the near future, but he is already planning his future. As you may be guessing, LeBron is on to his next move. He likes to have everything planned.

The four-time NBA champion has been really successful off the court. His most recent move says it all. LeBron became a part owner of the Boston Red Sox.

Michael Silverman of the Boston Globe was among the first to report the news. LeBron and Maverick Carter will join Fenway Sports Group as partners. It’s an excellent development, right?

“LeBron James to become part owner of Red Sox, both he & Maverick Carter each join Fenway Sports Group as partners, first and only Black partners in FSG history. FSG also approves $750M investment from RedBird Capital Partners. Deal pending MLB approval,” Silverman reported this week.

LeBron James is serious about his business

This is not the only thing LeBron did recently. This is not his only goal off the court. The 17-time All-Star said would love to own a NBA team one day. He made it clear on Tuesday. We can already imagine him taking the lead of any NBA team.

“I got so much to give to the game. I know what it takes to win at this level. I know talent,” LeBron said after the Lakers’ win over the Timberwolves on Tuesday. “I also know how to run a business as well. And so, that is my goal. My goal is to own an NBA franchise, and it will be sooner than later.”

LeBron’s net worth grows with every move he makes. Becoming an NBA owner seems like a realistic scenario at the moment.

For now, the Lakers superstar is focused on his next championship. The team works really well and they have found a way to win games without Anthony Davis. The big man is out due to an injury and will miss a couple of weeks. Let’s see how will the GOAT finish his 18th NBA season.
