LeBron James Reveals The Move he Learned From Talen Horton-Tucker

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James has been winning championships for two decades, but he would never miss a chance to learn something new from his teammates, including Talen Horton-Tucker.

LA took on the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday night and finished the game with a 137-121 win. King James owned the game and hit a triple-double. This win pushed him closer to the MVP award. The four-time NBA champion scored 25 points, 12 assists, and 12 rebounds. The Lakers celebrated a 16 point win and it was amazing. The king himself decided to show off. At one point of the game, LeBron took it to Karl-Anthony Towns with an amazing reverse layup. It was amazing and the Lakers shared the video on Twitter.

Guess what… LeBron credits his teammate for learning this move from him. Ryan Ward confirmed the info. Horton-Tucker is in the second year of his NBA career. LeBron may be 36, but he would gladly learn something new from his teammates.

This was definitely a nice nod from LeBron to the young role player on Frank Vogel’s roster.

LeBron James has so much to learn from Horton-Tucker, and the other way around

Horton-Tucker has elevated his game for the team this season. Big man Anthony Davis is on the sidelines, and Horton-Tucker is playing 18 minutes per game. The talented player is averaging 7.2 points, 1.9 assists, and 2.6 rebounds per game.

LeBron doesn’t mind learning from his teammates. Lakers legend Kobe Bryant did the same with his younger players. JJ Reddick remembers when Kobe picked his brain on hitting three-pointers in a quick workout. Reddick talked about this with Jayson Tatum on The Old Man and the Three podcast.

LeBron is the best player in the league, and seeing him credit younger players is definitely a thing. One thing stands for sure. LeBron is still learning about the game. He will never stop learning. This is the best message he can send to the rest of the league. NBA players can learn a lot from their teammates. They can learn a lot from young stars around the league.
