Shaq Gives His Advice For Lakers Without LeBron James

The Los Angeles Lakers lost three straight games following LeBron James’ injury. They lost the games to the Phoenix Suns and New Orleans Pelicans. It was awful, but Frank Vogel is still trying to find the right formula for his current group. Playing without LeBron is hard as he is the ultimate leader for the team. He carries his team throughout games. The four-time NBA champion is gone now. LA is no longer at the top of the Western Conference. Shaquille O’Neal shared his thoughts on the team and their current struggles. Great Shaq provided excellent advice for the Lakers though.

LeBron and Anthony Davis are out and they won’t return in the next couple of weeks. How far will Vogel go to win games with his team? He has Dennis Schroder and he can easily step forward as a leader. But, Schroder may leave the team ahead of the trade deadline. He is the perfect trade candidate and Montrezl Harrell has the same status.

Shaq has the best advice for the Lakers

Davis hasn’t played in a month. LeBron was diagnosed with a high ankle sprain last week. He will sit out the next few weeks. So, now is the perfect time to make the best move. Schroder, Harrell, Kyle Kuzma, and the rest of the Lakers players have to step up at this point of the season.

Current Lakers players feel the pressure to win games. Shaq has an advice for these guys. All they have to do is “break it down game by game” and be “realistic.”

One thing stands for sure. LA has enough talent to win at least a few games without both superstars. All they have to do is enter the postseason. LeBron and Davis will recover until then. They will help the team make the NBA Finals and win the series.

Pelinka may consider trading some of the players in order to bring strong veterans to LA. Drummond is a nice option, but we all know that pretty much everything is in play at the moment.
