Twitter Reacts to Patriots Bringing Back Two 2-Time Super Bowl Champions

The New England Patriots made the most shocking moves in free agency. Head coach Bill Belichick re-signed Cam Newton and brought the best tight ends on the open market. It’s a wild offseason for the team. New England looks pretty strong right now. According to most experts, the Patriots have a real chance to be Super Bowl champions again.

Belichick added a group of free agents in the first few days of the legal period. He didn’t stop here. He also brought back two former Patriots players. Yes, Belichick brought back the players who left last year.

The Patriots signed versatile offensive lineman Ted Karras as confirmed by Jeff Howe from The Athletic. He will probably replace David Andrews again.

Here comes the big surprise. Belichick also signed Kyle Van Noy to a two-year deal. Mike Garafolo from NFL Network confirmed the signing.

Van Noy took to Twitter to share the big news.

Patriots to be Super Bowl champions again

From 2017-19, Van Noy had 15.5 sacks for the team. In 2020, the entire Patriots team had just 24. Both Karras and Van Noy had a huge impact on the other side of the ball.

The Patriots have a little over $15 million to spend in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Belichick will sign and release a few players to adjust his winning formula.
