ESPN Insider Has Major Update On Lakers Star LeBron James

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is ready to return to game action. Some say he may play against the Sacramento Kings. NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski was among the first to confirm the big news. LeBron has missed a lot of games due to his high-ankle sprain. Medical experts made several proposals regarding his return. The four-time NBA champion is taking his time to rest and recover. Now we have a promising update on great LeBron James.

Los Angeles struggled without LeBron in the starting lineup. The team went 8-12 without the king of basketball. They didn’t play well in the past month and a half. Well, get ready for the big news. LeBron may not miss more times.

Wojnarowski reported that LeBron may join his team in the game against Sacramento. He will test his ankle ahead of the big game before confirming his decision on his status. If LeBron doesn’t play, he will probably play Sunday against the Toronto Raptors.

Promising update on LeBron James

This is more than great news for every Lakers fan out there. LA entered the regular 2020-21 season as the top seed in the Western Conference. Unfortunately, they slipped to No.5 in the West. Losing LeBron and Anthony Davis to injuries was just too much for the team.

King James suffered his injury right after AD left the game on Valentine’s Day. Davis had to sit out games in the past two months. He returned to action last week, but LA has some issues to solve at the moment.

The Lakers are 36-26 at the moment. They have the fifth spot in the West and stand just one game ahead of the Dallas Mavericks. The fifth-seed is a rather tricky position. The Mavericks will probably finish in fourth place. They will probably move on without star guard Jamal Murray. The star suffered a torn ACL several weeks ago.

Lakers players will do their best to hold onto the fifth-place standing. LeBron will make things easier for his team. Of course, this depends on his return date.
