Frank Vogel Provides Update On LeBron James & Anthony Davis

The Los Angeles Lakers play without both superstars. They have lost too many games and the situation doesn’t look too good at the moment. Lakers head coach Frank Vogel provided an update on LeBron James and Anthony Davis. These two won’t be coming back in the near future.

The Lakers have fallen down the standings. Some fans are really concerned about this. They all ask the same question. When will AD and LeBron return to the basketball court?

“Yeah, they’ll both be on the road with us. AD continues to ramp-up, but still a ways away,” Vogel said before the game against the Los Angeles Clippers. “LeBron is still out indefinitely.”

Frank Vogel surprises fans, analysts with update on LeBron and Davis

AD was cleared up to boost his on-court activities. It was a great update and fans can’t wait to see him back on the floor. Davis hasn’t played since February 14. LA hopes to get him back in the next couple of weeks. He has a key role on the roster.

When it comes to James, original reports suggested that he may miss 4-6 weeks. High ankle sprains take time to recover and the process is different in each individual.

“No setback. Just being cautious with making sure the build-up is happening at the right pace and that this thing is totally behind him.”

LA isn’t really worried about the standings. They are more worried about upcoming games.

Talen Horton-Tucker shared similar comments. “For me personally, I’m not,” he said. “As a group, we don’t hear too much, we just try to focus on the next game ahead. We feel like if we take care of what we do, the standings will take care of themselves. With the guys we have out now, when everything comes full circle I think we’ll be fine.”

Lakers players try really hard to win more games in the near future. They have to win games in LeBron’s absence. Will this motivate players to take a different approach in the upcoming weeks?
