LeBron James Could Return Next Week After ‘Positive Feedback’ In Recovery

Anthony Davis joined the Los Angeles Lakers on the floor but fans still wait for LeBron James and the next update on his recovery. Lakers players really struggle on the floor and LeBron needs to come back.

LeBron suffered a high-ankle sprain in the game against Atlanta Hawks. He had to rest for at least 4-6 weeks and experts said he would return by the end of April.

Some fans thought LeBron would return this week, but Kyle Goon of Southern California News Group has another update. He reported that the Lakers will probably have LeBron back next week.

“The Lakers continue to slow play LeBron James’ return to the lineup, but it could be in about a week. A person who has received reports of the 36-year-old’s workouts told Southern California News Group that James could be on track to play next week after positive feedback on his recovery from a right high ankle sprain. That would put James in the range of a Monday game against the Denver Nuggets, a Thursday road game against the Clippers, or a Friday road game against the Portland Trail Blazers.”

LeBron James is careful with his recovery

Next week seems like a perfect return date. However, Lakers head coach Frank Vogel said LeBron is “still out indefinitely.”

Vogel said this before the game against the Washington Wizards. “That’s all I got for you.”

Lakers players still wait for LeBron’s return and Vogel has worked on a special scheme. LA did a good job without LeBron and we can’t wait to see him back in game action.

“He’ll tell me when he’s ready, “ Vogel said. “He and the medical team will tell me when he’s ready. They’re having conversations about it each day. They’re monitoring his progression each day seeing where he’s at. When he’s ready to play, he’ll play. I don’t have anything for you other than that.”

This looks like a good plan to us all. LeBron will lead the Lakers to the big game and he looks good right now.
