Watch: Lakers’ Talen Horton-Tucker Posts Insane Workout Routine Ahead of Big Payday

Talen Horton-Tucker surprised NBA fans with his insane workout video, and the Los Angeles Lakers have a really good reason to keep him on the roster.

LA was eliminated in the first round of the playoffs. The Phoenix Suns took advantage of all the injuries Lakers players suffered throughout the entire season. LeBron James and Anthony Davis lost too much time due to their injuries, but both superstars are already getting ready for the new challenge. The same goes for THT. The young player is already working on his preparation for the 2021-22 season. Oh, yes, he is looking forward to a big payday.

Horton-Tucker took to his Instagram account to share a video of his workout. We bet NBA teams will be super interested in all the goodness THT brings to the floor.

Talen Horton-Tucker secures his spot with a crazy workout

Horton-Tucker isn’t wasting his time. He went out there and improved his stature. The talented player is trying to get a big contract in the offseason. Lakers players like him and the front office didn’t use the chance to trade him in the regular season.

THT had a minimal role in his rookie campaign with the Lakers. However, he saw a bigger role in his sophomore year. Horton-Tucker was averaging nine points a game and over 30 minutes while playing in more than 65 games for LA. Head coach Frank Vogel pushed him to the starting lineup down the stretch. Too many players struggled with injuries and COVID-19 did its things.

Lakers fans really like Horton-Tucker. There’s almost zero guarantee he will be back in 2022. LA deals with a serious financial situation. Several NBA teams have shown interest in the talented player. We wouldn’t be surprised to see him in LA again. Of course, the team will have to make a good offer.

The Chicago Bull and Cleveland Cavaliers like THT. Let’s be honest. Every NBA team can use someone like THT. The young player made headlines for his incredible game-winning shot against the New York Knicks last month.

It will be a long offseason, and the Lakers will do the best for the team.
