Dennis Schroder, Kyle Kuzma… Most trade rumors revolve around these two players. NBA experts believe that Pelinka has to add a third superstar to the roster. Chris Paul and Russell Westbrook seem like a good option for the Lakers.

There have been too many trade rumors lately. LA needs an All-Star to help LeBron James and Anthony Davis on their quest for a title. Things change in the offseason and players switch teams. Some players will have to leave the Lakers to make room for the new names.

Westbrook may be the best superstar for LA.

Russell Westbrook to join the Lakers

Latest rumors suggest that the Lakers will try to get the point guard from the Washington Wizards. Jake Fischer from Bleacher Report wrote about this.

“Lastly, the Lakers rumors have not gone away. Los Angeles has been linked by multiple sources to having interest in attaining Russell Westbrook, although the cap gymnastics to acquire the 2017 MVP will surely be tricky. It remains clear that Los Angeles’ main objective this offseason is to find an on-ball creator that can lessen the playmaking duties of LeBron James.”

The Lakers may trade for Westbrook but they will have to make an equation. Experts are paying close attention to the Lakers cap space. How will things roll for the purple and gold?

LA will spend $100 on four great stars. Montrezl Harrell is in a tricky position, and Marc Gasol’s future is hanging in the air.

LeBron and AD can lead the team to a championship. An extra pair of hands is always a good idea, right? Pelinka will be working really hard in the offseason, bringing all the talent his guys need to win more games together. Westbrook looks like the right player to join the Lakers.
