LeBron James Destroyed Trash-Talking Fan Who Said He Couldn’t Shoot by Hitting 4 Straight Jumpers

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James destroyed fan on opposing teams every time they trashed his performance. This is more like a fuel for the four-time NBA champion. There’s nothing better than having a trash-talking fan in the stands trying to provoke you.

A lot of people got angry when LeBron decided to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers to join the Miami Heat. Yes, he was the most hated player in league history. Every time he had a road game, fans would boo him. The Decision didn’t sit well with some NBA fans.

LeBron was “lucky” to meet most of these players. They’d sit courtside at road games to talk trash. Truth is, LeBron has heard a lot of juicy talks throughout his entire career.

In the 2012-13 NBA season, a heckler went after LeBron saying he can’t shoot. What happened next? LeBron destroyed the Oklahoma City Thunder.

LeBron James destroyed the fan in his own distinctive way

Miami played Oklahoma on February 14, 2013. The kid from Akron finished the first half with a pair of 3-pointers and a couple of jumpers from the left wing on four straight possessions. Why did LeBron keep going to that side of the floor? I guess it all started with the heckler.

“He said, ‘Shoot it. You can’t shoot.’ So, I said, ‘OK,’ and I shot it. I made it, and then I made another one, and then I made another one, and then I made another one, and he stopped talking to me,” LeBron said.

This person motivated LeBron and it was a big mistake. The Heat defeat Oklahoma and LeBron shocked the heckler with a 39-point performance.

LeBron scored 39 points while shooting 14-of-24 from the field, 4-of-8 from beyond the arc, and 7-of-9 from the free-throw line. He also delivered 12 rebounds and seven assists. Miami celebrated 110-100 win that night.

The Lakers superstar wasn’t really a reliable jump shooter when he entered the league in 2003. He worked on his outside shot and became a mid-range and 3-point threat.

Things look a lot different now and LeBron is on to his fifth ring.
