LeBron James, Lakers Big 3 Receive Massive Challenge From Frank Vogel

The Los Angeles Lakers added enough veteran power to their roster. LeBron James will share the court with new teammates, and the team will face massive challenge. It’s coming from Lakers head coach Frank Vogel.

Russell Westbrook joined the Lakers through a trade. The team added Kyle Kuzma, Montrezl Harrell, and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to the trade package and also added the No.22 selection.

How will Westbrook fit in Frank Vogel’s roster? There are so many questions related to his new role. Vogel has a big challenge for his Big 3 and this will help players build strong connection.

“There’s a level of sacrifice required to make three superstars fit together. The Lakers will be a dynamic fast-breaking team that is capable of playing through LeBron James, Anthony Davis or Russell Westbrook.”

Players who join LeBron’s Big three always take the back seat on offense. LeBron is taking the big lead and players only try to make things easier for him.

Westbrook agreed to take the load off LeBron. Davis may switch positions and go under center. He is not a fan of this position, but he can definitely try his best to help the team win a championship.

LeBron and his teammates to accept the massive challenge

Vogel made a really good point. He wants players to put their egos to rest and gain even more success on the basketball court.

During his stint with the Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers, LeBron was part of a big three. He played with Dwyane Wade and Kyrie Irving. His teammates had great career numbers and a lot of success in their career. Chris Bosh and Kevin Love had to sacrifice a lot to make things work on the floor.

Players have to pay a big price to win a ring. Vogel wants his players to take all the necessary steps to bond with their teammates. Chemistry is really important on the floor and Lakers players have tons of it. LeBron works well with Davis. He has created a good bond with his other teammates. The team added some new players in the offseason, and Carmelo Anthony is one of them. We have at least one good reason to believe he will be a good fit for the team.
