Vogel creates a pleasant environment in LA. He is leading a team with strong personalities and things look great at the moment.

If the Lakers win a ring in the 2021-22 NBA season, they will probably give Vogel a nice extension. Whenever an NBA coach leads his team to many trophies, the front offices does great effort to retain him.
