They failed to match the Dolphins’ ability to move the ball. Fans are wondering if the Patriots’ offense will be as stagnant as it was last year with Cam Newton at the helm. Fortunately, it seems like rookie QB Mac Jones is getting the offense going.

Now we have some big predictions for their week 2 game.

4. New England’s defense will have a big game against their opponents.

Patriots defensive coordinator Matt Patricia and his team did a pretty decent job against Miami. Sadly, the offense was not able to match the defense and failed to put the needed points on the board.

This week though, the Patriots should have good opportunity to pick up a win against a poor Jets squad. The pass rush of the Patriots should be able to have a huge game against the broken offensive line of the Jets.
