Here Are 4 Bold Patriots Predictions For Patriots vs Dolphins Week. 1 Game
The New England Patriots are meeting the Miami Dolphins in Week 1. Experts have made four major predictions about the Patriots vs Dolphins game. Who is winning this one
Tua Tagovailoa doesn’t go over 200 passing yards
Makes sense, right? Tagovailoa saw some struggles in the preseason. How did he play against the Bill Belichick-led defense? In 2020, the young signal-caller completed 20 of 26 passes for 145 yards with zero touchdown passes and one interception. The Patriots lost the night, but they learned the lesson.
Belichick added a lot of power to his defense and Tagovailoa will face a bigger challenge this time. Dont’a Hightower, Matt Judon, and Kyle Van Nou will give him a really hard time in 2021.
The defense will get a lot of help from Jalen Mills and Davon Godchaux. Things don’t look really well for Tagovailoa at this point.
Dolphins would intercept Mac Jones

The Dolphins had 29 turnovers in 2020 which is the best record in the NFL. The star-packed team had 18 interceptions and forced 11 fumbles.
Miami will come to New England with great talent on the defense. They are playing against a rookie and this may make things easier for them.
Bigger predictions for Patriots vs Dolphins
Jonnu Smith hits a touchdown in Week 1
Interesting, very comparable structures of the Jonnu Smith and Hunter Henry contracts.
— Jeff Howe (@jeffphowe) March 16, 2021
Smith: 4 years, $50 million ($12.5M APY), $31.25M guaranteed (62.5%).
Henry: 3 years, $37.5M ($12.5M APY), $25M guaranteed (66.7$).
The Patriots selected Smith and Hunter Henry early in the offseason. Belichick didn’t want to miss the opportunity. He got the best tight ends on the free market.
In 2020, the Patriots struggled at tight end. Coach B got Henry and Smith for a reason. Smith is making headlines with his great performance and the Patriots should get the best of him.

It's a new era.
New England and Miami will enter the new season with great defensive players. Miami did well in 2020, but Belichick revamped the roster.
Josh McDaniels works with an excellent offense. Of course, things won’t go really smooth for the Patriots, but they are favored by three points. Belichick’s team defeats Miami “20-13 with the final score going under the 43.5-point projection”.
