LeBron James Disrespected by ESPN as it Releases NBA Predictions

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James gets disrespected by those who don’t trust his potential. He is used to this. People like Skip Bayless would use pretty much every opportunity to discredit the four-time NBA champion. ESPN has a huge dose of disrespect for LeBron and I guess these people wouldn’t really bet on him in the upcoming season.

LeBron will be sharing the court with a lot of great guys, but people on ESPN wouldn’t put their money on LeBron. The 2021-22 NBA season is really important for the Lakers and the front office signed great veterans to give LeBron a hand in the process.

LeBron James was disrespected despite GOAT status

According to ESPN, Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant is winning the MVP award in the upcoming season. He has 45 points. Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is another favorite to get the individual award, and he got a total of 38 pints. Add Lula Doncic, Joel Embiid, James Harden, and Stephen Curry, and you will get to LeBron. These guys have better odds at getting the big award in the upcoming season than LeBron.

1. Kevin Durant | Brooklyn Nets: 45 points (38.9% first-place votes)

2. Giannis Antetokounmpo | Milwaukee Bucks: 38 points (33.3% first-place votes)

3. Luka Doncic | Dallas Mavericks: 35 points (16.7% first-place votes)

4. Joel Embiid | Philadelphia 76ers: 14 points (5.6% first-place votes)

5. James Harden | Brooklyn Nets: 11 points (5.6% first-place votes)

6. Stephen Curry | Golden State Warriors: 10 points

7. LeBron James | Los Angeles Lakers: 7 points

King James is entering his 19th season in the NBA. He will turn 37 in December and Bayless doesn’t have great prediction about his future. He mentions things like Father Time and retirement. LeBron has a big surprise for his doubters. Age has nothing on him. He will be part of another Big 3 and he is taking a really good care of his health.

The problem doesn’t end here. ESPN believes that Brooklyn will win the award in the upcoming season. Durant’s team is a 78.9 percent favorite to come on top next postseason. Here’s a fun fact. ESPN predicted that LeBron’s team will come out of the conference, but the Lakers have a 15.8 chance to win the title.

ESPN will lose a lot of viewers this time. Lakers fans won’t be really happy with the latest predictions. LeBron is the GOAT and ESPN made a huge mistake this time.
