LeBron James Makes NSFW Comments on Jerry Colangelo Toxic Criticism of Former Teammate

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James heard the comments former Team USA basketball director Jerry Colangelo made about his former teammate Kevin Love. Well, the king of basketball didn’t like any of this. The whole thing started when Love decided to pull out of the Tokyo Olympics. Colangelo trashed Love saying he was out of shape. That is not all. He also said it was mistake to invite Love to join the team.

LeBron and Love are former teammates and share an excellent bond. The Lakers superstar got really angry and he shared his thoughts of Colangelo’s remarks in an episode of The Shop.

“Bron (James) called me,” Love said. “Same thing and was like, ‘Yeah, f— that. You know that’s something that should never be said, regardless of what was said on either side and all of it. You just never do that. Because there was no need to do that.”

LeBron James is not the only one to go after Jerry Colangelo

NBA fans hated the comments Colangelo made and he was hit with a huge dose of criticism. Love is well aware of this hate and he talked about this on HBO’s show.

According to the Cleveland Cavaliers vetera, Colangelo was just trying to protect his legacy. He didn’t want people to criticize him or the organization.

“He wanted something to point the finger at if they lost,” the veteran said. “In case it didn’t go right, which, it was looking bad.”

Of course, had every right to make this comment. He knew that Colangelo was up to something. Team USA struggled early at the Tokyo Olympics but Kevin Durant and Co. came back home with a gold medal. It was another gold in the row.

Love agrees with LeBron and he even repeated the NSFW language. Everyone else said it so he felt comfortable with the f- bomb. Comedian Wanda Sykes joined the “thing” and looked directly at the camera and dropped another f-word. Everyone had a really good laugh and we bet Colangelo is hiding somewhere right now. A lot of people criticized him for throwing Love under the bus.
