“I perpetuated it out of the locker room because the one thing I understood was marketing. So, ‘I don’t like him, and he don’t like me,’ and everybody talked about us. That’s all I want. It kind of went too far where people kind of believed it. If you believe it, then you think we win three out of four?”

O’Neal had no beef with Kobe Bryant and the feud didn’t exist

Kobe and O’Neal won three titles together and their eight-year friendship was brought to an end in 2004. Big Shaq signed a deal with the Miami Heat. His fans had a few good reasons to celebrate mostly because Shaq won a ring with the Heat in 2006.

The Black Mamba didn’t win a ring until 2009. He won another one in the next season and this was the last championship win for one of the most competitive players on this planet.
