King James works out 5-7 days per week. He does versa climber, spin, and pilates. You can see him work out as early as 5 am. Yes, he also works out on rest days.

When it comes to the regular season, LeBron works out every day of the week. He plays basketball all the time. Experts love the way he mixes up his cardio routine and versa climber.

On Monday, LeBron works his chest, shoulders, and triceps. Tuesdays are for plyometric/spin and yoga. On Wednesdays, LeBron is working his back, biceps, and traps.
