Lakers’ Plans For LeBron James, Russell Westbrook, Anthony Davis’ Minutes, Revealed

The Los Angeles Lakers are entering the new season as favorites to win the title despite all the injuries on their roster. The team signed a lot of valuable players in the offseason, but head coach Frank Vogel was left without some of his key role players. He has to play smart with the remaining players on his roster and split minutes right. The arrival of some players made things a little complicated. The Lakers made a decision on LeBron James’ minutes and the information was revealed by the head coach.

The 2021-22 NBA season will be extremely challenging season for the Lakers. NBA analysts have some concerns regarding the age of some veterans, but this shouldn’t be a problem for the team. Moreover, LeBron believes that having all those experienced players on the roster will push the team closer to the NBA Finals.

LeBron James’ minutes were revealed before the big challenge

How many minutes will LeBron and AD get? Will they sit out some of the games? Vogel has to make a good choice this time. Injuries can turn into a nightmare really easily.

“Day-to-day,” Vogel said when asked about LeBron’s minutes. “We’ll be intelligent. H’s someone that … wants to be in there. Obviously, probably don’t want to have him play 82 games, but we’re not gonna pre-script X amount of nights off. We’re gonna take it as it comes throughout the year.”

LeBron and Davis missed significant time due to injuries last season. The four-time NBA champions knows that health is a major factor in the regular season. Losing key players to injuries will push Lakers players to the bottom of the Western Conference. That’s exactly what happened last season. The Lakers fell to the rock bottom of the conference and players were forced to do the play in tournament. They beat the Golden State Warriors but lost to the Phoenix Suns in the first round.

Let’s see what happens next in the regular season. LA is ready for the big shot and they still have one open spot on the roster.
