Look: Bill Belichick Caught Using Pencil As Toothpick During Patriots-Bucs

Head coach Bill Belichick will use whatever tool he needs to win, and this time he is “winning” thanks to a pencil. You read it right. Cameras caught an interesting moment during Sunday’s game between the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Yes, Tom Brady’s Buccaneers. So, the legendary head coach put his pencil right between the teeth as if he was trying to get something.

Bill Belichick “beats stress” using a pencil

Yes, that would be a hilarious description. As if this wasn’t enough, Belichick also checked the pencil after getting the “thing” out. Zero stress here…

Actually, this is the most stressful game of the regular season. Belichick has to win the game against his former quarterback. He and Brady went through a lot together. They had nine Super Bowl trips and won six championships. Brady left the Patriots after two decades and he came back to beat them for the first time in his career.

It was definitely awkward. Brady made the field at Gillette Stadium wearing a Buccaneers uniform. Team owner Robert Kraft greeted him in one of the tunnels. They hugged and talked for a few minutes before the game. We didn’t get to see Belichick and Brady talk, but they will definitely share a few moments at the sideline later in the game.

Belichick is a man of a few words and he had some great words for TB12. Pretty much everyone was talking about Brady’s return to New England and most of the questions Belichick got were related to this topic. Some guys even tried to challenge the head coach but he likes Brady and he would never say anything bad about him.

Brady did the best for his career. It fits his criteria and he moved on with another team. Belichick respects that. He respects Brady’s plans and everything he accomplished in the past 20 years. He also respects his own gameplan. Brady was no longer part of it. Rookie quarterback Mac Jones stepped in as a replacement and he is doing a decent job. His touchdown pass to Hunter Henry says it all.
