Los Angeles County Has A Request For Vanessa Bryant

Los Angeles County has a special request for Vanessa Bryant and has turned some heads. The request is in regards to her lawsuit regarding the leaked photos of the helicopter crash that claimed the lives of her husband Kobe Bryant and their daughter. Photos came from the crash site by first responders pretty quickly after the death of Kobe Bryant, their daughter, Gianna Bryant, and seven more.

Vanessa Bryant since went ahead with a civil lawsuit against Los Angeles County, claiming damages from the photos that were shared in an unprofessional way. Her lawsuit has shown many things including civil rights violations, negligence, emotional distress and violation of privacy.

Los Angeles County has now requested that Vanessa Bryant go through psychiatric testing to prove that any distress she had was from the photos that were shared.

Los Angeles County Has A Request For Vanessa Bryant

It is not yet known what will come of this lawsuit. We will have to wait and see what happens after this request from Los Angeles County.

This comes just ahead of the Lakers season opener against the Golden State Warriors. The Lakers have a lot to work on before they start the regular season. It was clear that they were not ready for the preseason, failing to pick up any wins. But we know that the regular season matters much more than anything. They should be back and ready to get on track going into the season.

One of the question marks has been around the Laker’s new starting point guard Russell Westbrook. He failed to impress during the preseason and looked like a turnover machine at times. According to him, though, he is still happy to be here.

“Being from LA, you always wish that you could play for your home team,” Westbrook said. “That’s definitely something that always circled around in my mind. Maybe one day? But I always would come back and be like, ‘Ah, that probably won’t happen.’ I just had to wait and see. But now that we’re here, I’m going to take full advantage of it.” What do you think?
