Report: These Running Backs Will Play Sunday In Patriots-Cowboys

There is a report out now featuring which running backs will play on Sunday in the brawl of the New England Patriots and Dallas Cowboys. The Patriots are coming off a win against the Houston Texans and are now 2-3 going into week 6 of the NFL season. It has been a bit of a wobbly start for the Patriots. In some games, the offense and defense both look pretty good. But that is not always the case. Sometimes, they look completely lost.

But the Patriots have just announced the running back roster in today’s game.

There are also a few players that are out due to injury. Or at least, they are questionable going into today’s game.

K Nick Folk, Left Knee

The Patriots are needing a big win today. A win against the Cowboys would be huge for morale and would help their playoff chances tremendously. Mac Jones and the offense are hyped going into this game. Jones recently talked about what Bill Belichick told him recently.

“We try to meet with the quarterbacks and stuff and figure out just situational stuff, which helps,” Jones said recently during a press conference. “I can’t go into details on that, but it is really beneficial. Just whether it’s the team we’re playing or whoever, just watching football, hearing it from a great coach like him and getting advice from the guys in the room that have played for a lot longer than I have, so just listening and trying to see what they see and pick up on things, and it definitely helps just kind of start the week off right, I guess you could say.”

Belichick also talked about Kellen Moore and the Cowboys offense.

“I think (Kellen) Moore is one of the better offensive coordinators that we’ve faced,” said Belichick. “It’s not just the players. It’s the scheme.”
