Bill Belichick Gives Heartfelt Words For Ryan Kelly After Tragic Loss of Colts Center’s Unborn Child

The New England Patriots lost the game against the Indianapolis Colts despite all the great predictions about their performance. Colts players were really motivated to win this game. That’s exactly what they did. Indianapolis won the game despite the absence of their star center. Head coach Bill Belichick delivered an emotional message for center Ryan Kelly.

Kelly didn’t join his teammates for the game vs Patriots because he is dealing with a family tragedy. He lost his unborn child. The Patriots head coach delivered emotional message for Kelly right after the loss.

“First of all, I’d like to extend my sympathy to Ryan (Kelly) and his family. Our hearts go out to him,” Belichick told the media.

The Colts listed Kelly as questionable on the injury report due to a knee to begin the week. They added a “personal” tag on the final day of practice for this week. As you all know, he was downgraded to out for Saturday’s game.

Kelly and guard Mark Glowinski did a gender reveal at Lucas Oil Stadium earlier in the season. He was really excited during the episode and this makes things even worse for the family.

Kelly’s wife, Emma, shared the poem “Little Butterfly” by Amy Farquhar to her Instagram story. This poem was written for those who had lost a baby. It brought tears to our eyes. Fans are devastated.

Kelly and his team have yet to address the tragedy. However, the Patriots head coach had to give his condolences after the game. Belichick is a great person and he supports opponents in their hard times. Kelly needs all the support he can get at the moment.

Family is bigger than anything in this world. Kelly will need a lot of time to grieve with his loved ones following the loss. He lost a baby and will need all the time in this world to heal his wounds. It will be hard but our life is a mystery. We have to accept every challenge and every pain.
