Bill Belichick Surprisingly Answers Question About Tom Brady Documentary

Bill Belichick and Tom Brady worked together for two decades. They have nothing but words of respect for one another despite the fact that both Belichick and his former quarterback rarely talk about their times together. Brady left the Patriots after twenty years and signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Belichick got a good replacement in his second Brady-less season. Is Belichick following Brady’s game? We bet he is.

When asked whether he has watched Brady’s documentary series, “Man in the Arena,” the Patriots head coach provided a decent response.

“I haven’t (seen it), but I am sure Tom did a great job, like he always does,” Belichick said on The Greg Hill Show. “He was such a centerpiece in obviously all those games. I can’t wait to see it.”

Belichick may be a man of a few words, but he sure has something to say about his former quarterback. Coach B respects everything Brady did during their time together. He knows that Brady will do an incredible job wherever he goes and whatever he does. Simple as that.

“I definitely will (watch it) and as I have said many times, nobody deserves more credit for our success here than Tom does,” Belichick said. “He’s a great player, great person, great leader. Just a tremendous opportunity for me to coach. Probably the greatest player in NFL history and on defense with (Lawrence) Taylor, the greatest offensive player with Tom and greatest defensive player with Taylor. It’s been a tremendous opportunity for me as a coach. I certainly learned a lot from Tom. He helped me develop as a coach, as did Taylor. I am very thankful for my opportunity to have over 30 years coaching those two guys.”

Brady is having a good season with the Buccaneers, and Belichick is coming off of an incredible win over the Buffalo Bills. TB12 did come to Foxboro in Week 4. He won the game against his former coach, but Patriots rookie Mac Jones was close to winning it.
