Colts Writer Shreds Patriots In Aggressive Tweet

The New England Patriots are coming off of a beautiful win over the Buffalo Bills. It was their seventh straight win and things can’t really get ugly at this point. There are a few games left and we all know who is winning. Well, one Colts writer shreds the Patriots in his latest “artwork” just because he can’t get over their success.

Gregg Doyel is an Indianapolis Star columnist. He was really loud during Spygate and Deflategate scandals and many would say that he is one of the most aggressive Patriots haters ever. Doyel has said so many bad things about the team. He didn’t miss the chance to trash the Patriots when the videotaping scandal broke in 2019.

Imagine Doyel’s “excitement” when the Patriots meet Colts players. He is definitely fueled about Saturday’s game.

On Tuesday, the columnist typed a column about the “disrespectful” Patriots players and coaches. It was more like a rant his least favorite team. Will Doyel ever stop? I don’t think so. His words will probably just motivate Patriots to win the upcoming game.

In his rant, Doyel trashed Bill Belichick, Josh McDaniels, and the rest of the crew. He also mentioned Deflategate. As if this wasn’t enough, Doyel encouraged Colts fans to boo Patriots and he would definitely love to see the Colts beat New England.

“Bill Belichick remains smug, Josh McDaniels remains a twerp, and Deflategate remains fresh,” he wrote. “When Patriots visit Colts on Saturday, I hope you boo their a** — and wouldn’t mind if the Colts beat their a**.”

These words have nothing on the Patriots nation. Doyel is just someone who is seeking attention. He made a terrible mistakes and Patriots players will teach him a lesson. They will meet his team at Lucas Oil Stadium and yes, they will win this one.

The Patriots have a 9-4 record at this point of the regular season. They have a chance to make something great this season. Winning the Super Bowl? Why not? They can do it all. Game on, Patriots!
