Julian Edelman Reacts To NFL Officials Flagging David Andrews For Taunting

The New England Patriots lost the game to the Buffalo Bills. They won the first one, but this one didn’t go that well for head coach Bill Belichick and his players. Truth is, this may not be the biggest problem for the team. Fans were a bit angry at refs. I guess their officiating went a bit down the hill. Former Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman criticized officials for flagging David Andrews.

The whole thing started when Matt Milano hit Patriots rookie quarterback Mac Jones. Andrews stepped in and got into a thing with Milano. Guess what happened next? Officials flagged Andrews for taunting.

The 2018 Super Bowl MVP took to his Twitter to voice his opinion.

“What ever you do don?t talk to the opposing team these days? #whatarewedoing refs,” Edelman tweeted.

Julian Edelman, Patriots fans criticize officials for flagging the veteran

Andrews stood for his teammate and got penalized. Well, that’s the only way to go at such situations. Patriots players are loyal to one another. Jones has excellent connection with his teammates and they defend him whenever it’s necessary.

New England won the first game against the Bills but players made too many mistakes this time. Bills players came to Gillette Stadium to win this game. They put forth a strong effort and were able to control pretty much every aspect of the game.

Jones and his teammates finished the game with a 21-33 loss. Officials had a big role in the loss. It was a long season and players saw many obstacles. Patriots players will finish their 2021 regular season with a game against the Miami Dolphins. It was a challenging season for each and every player on the roster, including Jones. His first season with the Patriots went really well. Will his team make the playoffs in 2021? That’s the ultimate goal…

Belichick will have a good talk with his players. N’Keal Harry had two terrible drops in the game and this may cost him a lot. The same applies to pretty much every player who keeps making mistakes.
