Julian Edelman Responds To Cooper Kupp-Related Shot In Perfect Tweet

Cooper Kupp is doing a really good job with the Los Angeles Rams. His receiving game has been of great help for the team. Kupp has league-high 122 catches, 1,625 receiving yards, and 14 touchdown catches. That’s really impressive. One Twitter used decided to praise Kupp and took a shot at Bill Belichick’s best receiver. Julian Edelman took notice of the tweet and his response is hilarious.

Many would agree that Edelman is the best receiver the NFL has ever seen. He was quarterback in college, but Belichick had different plans for him. Edelman became a top receiver in the league, leading the Patriots to three Super Bowl wins and a few other trips. Of course, Edelman used this fact to teach Kupp’s fan a lesson.

Taking a shot at Edelman is a big deal and Tom Brady’s favorite target didn’t back down. Edelman is well aware of his great performance and he doesn’t like when people tease him. The 2018 Super Bowl MVP was a spectacular player before he decided to call it career.

Belichick once said Edelman was the most hardworking player he has ever coached. Many players will agree with the Patriots head coach on this one.

Edelman spent his entire career with the Patriots. In seasons with the team, Edelman had 6,822 receiving yards and 620 receptions. He was a key player in Belichick’s team and coached were able to get the best of him.

The former wideout is no longer playing with the Patriots. However, he doesn’t miss a chance to voice his concerns or praise his former team. The Patriots are coming off of a terrible loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Rookie quarterback Mac Jones was really devastated following the loss. He placed the blame on himself and also said that the team didn’t get enough practice. Edelman watched the Patriots lose the game and took to Twitter to deliver a short Mac Jones message. “Rookie pains.” That’s all he wrote.

Well, the former wideout is always here for his team. Advice, criticism… He has it all.
