Patriots Reveal Major Gillette Stadium Renovation For 2023 Season

The New England Patriots made a lot of changes in the last couple of seasons. Tom Brady is gone and they have a rookie starting quarterback who could be the new TB12. Many of the players from previous seasons are gone and this is not the only change the organization made. Guess what… The Patriots surprised fans with huge Gillette Stadium renovation.

Gillette Stadium will look better after the big renovation

The home of the New England Patriots will look different next season. I guess the new trophy would look even better, because yes, the Patriots have a chance to be champions this season.

Let’s go back to the renovation. The team announced the decision, and here’s what they are adding this time:

— “75,000-square feet of glass-enclosed year-round hospitality and function spaces.”

— “The largest outdoor stadium high-definition video board in the country, measuring 370′ x 60.’”

— “A much bigger, more prominent lighthouse, standing 218-feet high, complete with a 360-degree observation deck at the top, providing sweeping views of the stadium, the game field, Patriot Place and beyond.”

— A “revitalized” fan entrance that will include “relocating the entry gates to create a new fan-activation area upon entry to the lower plaza” and a “landscaped staircase will lead guests up to the main concourse.

“This new project, including the south end zone improvements made last offseason, will total an additional $225 million investment, which reflects the family’s continued commitment to the Gillette Stadium fan experience for the next 20 years.”

According to the statement, construction will begin at the very beginning next year. Hopefully, it will be ready for the 2023 NFL season.

The Kraft family is making all the necessary changes to make the stadium a better place for players, coaches, staffers, visitors, and of course, fans. New England is having an excellent season and there’s a really good chance for us to see the Patriots raising another banner in a few months. Head coach Bill Belichick is happy with his current team and its performance. The Patriots have won seven straight games and they are planning their upcoming game against the Indianapolis Colts. Easy one, huh?
