LeBron James’ Honest Answer About The Challenges Lakers Has Faced This Season

LeBron James is well aware of the challenges his Lakers teammates saw so far in the regular season. The Los Angeles Lakers have a 24-24 record at this point of the 2021-22 NBA season. They have lost too many games. COVID, injuries… The Lakers were without of LeBron James and Anthony Davis for a really long time. Head coach Frank Vogel was out due to COVID too. David Fizdale had to step in as a replacement and the Lakers lost a lot of games.

LeBron is healthy and so is Davis. The big man missed each and every game since December 17. His MCL strain kept him away from the floor for a long time. Davis did another MRI and it returned negative. He was allowed to join his teammates for a workout and the Lakers even listed him as questionable for the game against the Miami Heat. Davis didn’t play, but he definitely played against the Brooklyn Nets.

LeBron James overcame all the challenges Lakers players had

LA beat the Nets and it was a nice 106-96 win. Of course, the Nets were without Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving. This doesn’t change the fact that the Lakers showed great unity on the basketball court. Davis is back on the floor and Lakers couldn’t be happier.

King James finished the game with great stats, as usual. He scored 33 points. Unlike LeBron, Davis scored just 8 points in 25 minutes on the floor.

Yes, LA struggled in the regular season but this game was great. LeBron talked about this struggles and he was really honest.

The four-time NBA champion says that “nothing else matters besides what you do out on the floor.” He is well aware of his role with the Lakers. LeBron is the ultimate leader for the purple and gold, and he will do his best to lead Lakers players. King James is not someone who pays attention to outside noise. He doesn’t pay attention to injuries, trade talks, rumors… LeBron is a leader and he is the best leader LA will ever have.
