Patriots’ Christian Barmore Posts Promising Tweet After Injury

The New England Patriots will meet the Buffalo Bills on Saturday. Head coach Bill Belichick needs each and every player on the field. Fans were a bit worried because Christian Barmore sustained an injury. The defensive tackle suffered a horrible knee injury and couldn’t really use his leg. Fans watched Barmore struggle to get off the turf. He chased down Tua Tagovailoa in Sunday’s loss to the Miami Dolphins. Mike Reiss from the ESPN reported that Barmore could miss the playoffs. Well, preliminary tests on Barmore’s injured leg provided a positive update

Barmore took to Twitter to give an encouraging update. He thanked everyone for their prayers and promised he will be good.

Ian Rapoport from NFL Network tweeted that an MRI on Barmore’s knee was “clean” with no sign of major injury. In other words, his injury was less serious than expected.

Christian Barmore to recover from his injury and suit up for the game

During his appearance on WEEI’s “The Greg Hill Show” Belichick said he was “hopeful” about Barmore’s injury. We don’t know if Barmore will be able to practice this week or suit up for the game against the Bills on Saturday. We will be waiting for another update later in the week.

In his rookie campaign, Barmore provided great impact to the defensive line. He recorded 46 combined tackles and a sack and a half. Barmore recorded five tackles on Sunday before sustaining an injury. This was a season-high for the rookie.

The Patriots will have the first practice on Tuesday. Saturday is a big day for the Patriots nation and players will give their best to win it. This is their chance to make the big game this season.

Barmore and his teammates have a huge challenge on their way. They have lost one game against the Bills but won another early in the regular season. We have a few good reasons to believe that the Patriots will end up winning this game. Let’s see what happens on Saturday. Players are really confident about their skills. Who is winning this one?
