Patriots Roster Move Suggests Polarizing WR Will Be Inactive Vs. Bills
The New England Patriots will be without a few key players in the wild-card game against the Buffalo Bills. Head coach Bill Belichick elevated four players from the practice squad to fill up the gaps. According to latest reports, the Patriots may make an expected roster move ahead of the game.
Field Yates reported that the Patriots have elevated DeVante Busby, D’Angelo Ross, Daniel Ekuale, and Kristian Wilkerson from the practice squad. Ekuale’s elevation surprised a lot of people. What does that mean? Is N’Keal Harry a healthy scratch once again?
Patriots make an expected roster move
The Patriots elevated Wilkerson for a reason. He used the best of his opportunity and played 60 snaps from scrimmage. In Week 17, Wilkerson had 8 targets, and was able to make four receptions for 42 yards and two touchdowns. New England beat the Jacksonville Jaguars that night and Wilkerson had a big role in the 50-10 win.

New England didn’t activate Wilkerson in loss to the Miami Dolphins. Now he has a chance to show off again.
With the #Patriots elevating WR Kristian Wilkerson from the practice squad, this indicates that WR N’Keal Harry will be a healthy scratch

Bobby Thompson from Grunt Talks said Harry will be a healthy scratch once again.
In the game against Miami, Harry played on 12 snaps which makes 19% of the offensive plays. The former first-rounder had one target and no receptions. Belichick will never give chance to players who fail to perform. Harry looks like someone who doesn’t even care about the game. He is really talented but his inefficacy may put an end to his tenure with the Patriots.
The third-year wideout requested a trade from the Patriots. He changed his mind in the summer, and decided to stay with the team. So, what happened in the regular season? Harry failed to meet everyone’s experience. He was given a chance, but it didn’t work. Patriots coaches noticed that Harry has improved a lot. Well, he doesn’t seem to be interested in using his talents and skills.
Belichick may soon make a move and get rid of the third-rounder. Harry is not a good fit for the Patriots and we all know what that means.
