LeBron James Subject of Absurd Comment from Warriors’ Draymond Green

LeBron James is fine with people talking about his performance and his career, but he will definitely have something to say about the comments Draymond Green made. The Golden State Warriors veteran has made a lot of hilarious statements in the past and we are not even shocked.

His most recent statement came after LeBron passed Karl Malone for second on the All-Time scoring list. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is on top of this list and LeBron has a chance to pass him too.

Green would definitely want to watch that game.

“If LeBron James is passing the all-time scoring record and we have a game, I’m going to LeBron’s game and witness history,” he said on his podcast. “So, that’s what we doing coach (Steve) Kerr.”

LeBron James can have Draymond Green in his stands sooner than expected

Is Green even serious? Former and several players have shared their thoughts on LeBron’s dominance on the basketball court. LeBron is the greatest basketball player of all time. The best part? Abdul-Jabbar can see LeBron pass him for first on the all-time scoring list. The NBA icon is a fan and the only tension occurred when he blasted LeBron for not supporting COVID-19 jabs publicly.

“I’m excited to see it happen,” Abdul-Jabbar said in September 2021. “I don’t see records as personal accomplishments, but more as human achievements. If one person can do something that’s never been done, that means we all have a shot at doing it. It’s a source of hope and inspiration. Roger Bannister broke the four-minute mile back in 1954. Since then, not only have 1,400 runners beaten that time, but the new record is 17 seconds less. We all win when a record is broken and if LeBron breaks mine, I will be right there to cheer him on.”

LeBron is busy winning games with his team. The Los Angeles Lakers are losing games but LeBron makes history every time his puts a foot on the basketball court. The four-time NBA champion can pass Abdul-Jabbar’s 38,387 points next season, but he has other priorities right now.

“I will not allow myself to think about it,” LeBron said of claiming the throne on the all-time scoring list. “I’ve always just played the game the way I’ve been playing it over the years, and these things have just happened organically by just going out and playing the game the right way. Hope to accomplish that at some point in my career, but I won’t think about it too much.”
