Report: Tom Brady Predicted To Join Another NFL Team Before Week 1

Many thought that Tom Brady would retire as a New England Patriots quarterback but he finished his NFL career with another team. TB12 signed a two-year deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and spent two years with the team. Oh yes, he won a ring in his first season as a Buccaneers signal-caller.

Brady announced his retirement right after the regular season. His announcement triggered an avalanche of reactions. People say that he will come back for a few more seasons. We have a good reason to believe that Brady could play until he is 50. Brady said that he talked to his family about his retirement. His wife was worried about his injury and I guess making this decision was the only way to go.

Truth is, fans didn’t bite into this announcement. They can’t believe that this is the last we’ve seen from Brady.

NFL insider Mike Florio shares the same sentiment. In his interview with Jimmy Traina from Sports Illustrated, Florio said that Brady will come out of his retirement and make a move. The Buccaneers should release or trade him. Where will Brady go? Florio bets on the San Francisco 49ers.

“I still think that Week 1 he’s going to be the 49ers’ starting quarterback,” Florio said. “I think when the season begins, when we’re digesting Russell Wilson in Denver and Deshaun Watson – wherever – I think Tom Brady is going to be the quarterback of the San Francisco 49ers in 2022.”

According to Florio, Brady told the world that he was leaving the Buccaneers. He didn’t see his statement as retirement announcement.
