Julian Edelman Shares Heartwarming Instagram As Rob Gronkowski Retires

Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski spent a lot of time together and they know each other really well. The former New England Patriots tight end announced his retirement and Edelman didn’t miss the opportunity to deliver his special message.

Tom Brady already did this. He shared a lengthy post on Facebook, telling the world that Gronk is his brother and friend. They were more than teammates. Their relationship went beyond the football field. The same goes to the relationship Edelman had with Gronk.

The 2018 Super Bowl MVP took to his Instagram account to share four photos. Each of these photos described Edelman’s relationship with Gronkowski. These two were fan favorites! They had an army of supporters in New England.

“There will only ever be one Gronk. Love you bro,” Edelman wrote.

Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski made history together

Gronk is one of the best tight ends in the NFL. He developed into a lethal power in the end zone, securing his spot in New England for years. The Patriots won a lot of games thanks to him and Gronk was more than proud of himself and his accomplishment.

Edelman is one of the best wideouts in the NFL. He was a top target for Brady for over a decade. Edelman is a clear example of Bill Belichick’s way of doing things. The former seventh-rounder performed better than most first-rounders. Edelman was quarterback at college but Belichick thought he’d do better as a wideout. The legendary head coach was right once again.

New England won a lot of games with Edelman and Gronkowski in the fold. These two are out now. Edelman retired last offseason. Gronk retired this year. Well, let’s not forget that he retired a few seasons ago, but came out of his retirement to join Brady in Tampa Bay. Many thought that Edelman would follow the same example, but it didn’t happen. He is a Patriot for life.

Gronk promised to do a lot of great things in his time outside the field. He will probably spend the time partying with his girlfriend.
