Fantasy Experts List Patriots Tight End To Regress In 2022

The New England Patriots made some major changes in the last few weeks. Head coach Bill Belichick selected a few players in the 2022 NFL Draft and also pulled out a trade deal. He traded for DeVante Parker early in the offseason and the newly-signed veteran will probably make the top of the depth chart. Belichick had to fill big holes on the roster and he really needed receivers. Now his roster has tons of receiving targets for quarterback Mac Jones. NFL experts made some predictions about the Patriots and their tight end options in 2022.

Belichick signed Hunter Henry and Jonnu Smith in 2021. Both tight ends got good deals with the team. Smith didn’t meet expectations, but showed great improvement in voluntary minicamp. Henry did a decent job last season and ESPN’s analysts have something to say about his performance.

Patriots tight end to see a drop in 2022

In their preview for the 2022 fantasy football season, Tristan H Cockcroft and Eric Karabell said that Hunter Henry will be the “tight end bust” for the new season.

Smith promised to do better this season and he may finally find his way to fit in the roster. He reminded the Patriots of his exceptional talent. I mean, Belichick had a really good reason to get him after all.

The arrival of Parker and Tyquan Thornton will change Hunter’s position with the team. Cockcroft and Karabell believe that Smith’s improvement will push Hunter’s production down the hill.

It may be too soon to make a prediction. We won’t waste our time putting a spell on the Patriots tight end. New England has a lot of talented players on the roster and they will all do their best and lead the team to the big game.

Mac Jones is working on his chemistry with the new guys. His bond with Parker and Bourne is really strong. Patriots fans are looking forward to another great season. The only thing we can do right now is sit and wait for the results of training camp.
