Lakers’ LeBron James Sends Mind-Blowing Message on Russell Westbrook

LeBron James and Russell Westbrook will play together again. The Los Angeles Lakers will probably keep Russ around for a while. The only move they made was trading for Patrick Beverley. It’s hard to imagine Beverley and Russ on the same team, right? Well, LeBron is not worried about this. He is not worried at all.

The four-time NBA champion showed interest in several players. He wanted to team up with Kyrie Irving. The Brooklyn Nets veteran will stay with his team. LeBron has to move on with his current team. Irving won’t be a Laker, but this shouldn’t be a problem at this point.

Rob Pelinka was looking for trade partners, but he couldn’t find any. Westbrook struggled to make an impact this past season. LeBron didn’t greet him at the Lakers Summer League and fans started talking about their issues. Recent reports suggest that LeBron and Anthony Davis actually talked and got over every issue they had. LeBron’s recent move sort of confirms this.

LeBron James supports Russell Westbrook

King James spotted a tweet about Westbrook, saying he can’t “wait for him to go off this season.” Simple as that.

Why did LeBron tweeted this? He wanted Irving on his team. Irving is not coming to LA and he will play with Westbrook. Is this enough?

Pelinka won’t stop making moves. The Beverley trade was the first move on his table. The Lakers general manager will probably go after a few more players. This includes Myles Turner, Buddy Hield, and a few more.

Beverley provides great depth to the defensive end of the ball. The Lakers defense will look a lot better in the upcoming season. Although many believe that this trade affects Westbrook’s future with the team, some say that Beverley and Russ may work well together after all.

LeBron can pick his own teammates. He does that every year. He may not be the GM, but he has a big say in each and every offseason move. Having Russ and Beverley on his roster makes sense at this point.
