Video Shows Bill Belichick Tickled Pink To See Chris Berman At Press Conference

Bill Belichick has the most exciting press conferences and he is definitely a Chris Berman fan.

The New England Patriots head coach had a press conference on Monday. He was set to answer some questions related to the preseason and his first game of the 2022 NFL season. Belichick couldn’t hide his excitement when he spotted Berman walking into the room. He said, “Boomer!” and honored Berman with a slow cap.

As you may be guessing, Berman asked the first question of the press conference. Belichick wanted him to ask the first question. Was Berman surprised?

The legendary broadcaster asked whether coaching is “still fun” for the Patriots head coach. What did Belichick say? The Patriots may have lost the preseason finale to Josh McDaniels and the Las Vegas Raiders, but Belichick is happy with training camp. He is happy for the opportunity to get better. His team will have plenty of time to prepare for the new season and the Miami Dolphins.

“Love it. Love it. Training camp,” Belichick said. “Another week of camp here, good opportunity for us to continue to get better. Obviously, no game this week, but a lot of things for us to work on.”

The Patriots couldn’t make an impact in the loss to the Raiders, but there’s plenty of room for improvement. They will start the new season with a game against the Miami Dolphins. It’s a challenging game and the team has to get better.

Belichick has already had some players over for a work out. The Patriots have a few plans on the table and Belichick wouldn’t let things slip down his hands.
