Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jr. really appreciates everything LeBron James has accomplished over the years. LeBron has earned a bunch of haters over the years, but Vinicius Jr. is a fan. He is one of the many fans who support LeBron and every move he makes in the world of basketball.

Rania Ganguli from The New York Times shared details of the meet-up between LeBron and the Real Madrid winger. It was a great encounter and yes, that’s how you create the best of all memories.

“I was so nervous, anxious, and at the same time wanting him not to show up so I wouldn’t have to express what I was feeling at that moment,” he said.

LeBron set up a great example for Vinicius Jr.

Steve Kerr once said LeBron is the best athlete in the globe. He set up a great example for younger generations. Pretty much every athlete is surprised by the dominance LeBron shows at 39. Vinicius Jr. sure hopes to enjoy a long soccer career just like his idol.

“God willing, I can play as long as he has,” said the soccer player.

Vinicius joined LeBron’s fanbase when he was 12. He enjoyed watching LeBron’s games with his uncle as a teenager. LeBron had a huge impact on his life and his greatness has affected players in pretty much every corner of the world.

“A lot of these athletes, they’ve been fascinated with the way I play the game and how I’ve been able to stay at the level,” LeBron said. “But also, they’re even more fascinated with how I’ve been able to run my business and handle things off the floor.”

LeBron built great legacy over the years and he doesn’t even think of stopping now. He will soon enter a new season with the Los Angeles Lakers and hopefully, win a title.
