Nick Foles Makes Huge Announcement About Tom Brady’s Actions

Tom Brady is the brightest star in the New England Patriots team, and Nick Foles took the opportunity to talk about the gesture that shocked us all. It’s the handshaking thing.

Foles actually defended the quarterback not shaking his hand after the game. Most Quarterbacks do this, and that’s why the whole situation was… strange?

“Originally, when everything happens, everything happens so fast. The clock hits zero, you’re taking a moment, you’re hugging the people around you that you’ve gone through this journey with and then all of a sudden every media outlet in the world is around you,” he said.

“You’re trying to move and you’re trying to find them. It’s probably hard to find me because everyone was around me. So, after some time passed he probably eventually left the field. I guarantee you he was probably initially trying to find me,” Foles added.

Brady didn’t make any comments on the Super Bowl snub. He met with a bunch of Eagles players after the big win, including Derek Barnett. His post on social media was actually a congratulation on the Eagles’ address.

“It’s one of those things, it’s crazy. I think the world of Tom Brady. He’s one of the greatest ever. I really enjoy getting to compete against him and his team on that stage. Someday I’ll run into him and we’ll have a great conversation. Tremendous player, great role model for everyone,” Foles said in April.

He finished 28-of-43 for 373 yards. There were three touchdowns, too.

Tom Brady finished 28-of-48 for 505 yards and three touchdowns. No interceptions.

Foles and Brady haven’t shared a word since the big game, and they don’t even find this necessary. However, they will see each other in Week 2 of the preseason. That would be quite nice, and reporters will sure ask a bunch of questions. Good luck!
