Watch: Tom Brady And Rob Gronkowski Insane Training Capped With Incredible Pass
After missing all non-mandatory workouts over the offseason, Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski doesn’t seem to have any problems getting back into sync. The New England Patriots stars are now dialed in with training camp fully underway, and their bond has been instantly renewed.
During Sunday afternoon’s practice, Brady connected with Gronkowski on a nice pass. Safety Eddie Pleasant gave the tight end a little contact as he reeled the ball in, but had no effect on Gronk.

It looks as if the two players haven’t paused with trainings for even a day. It was a great practice that included one of many connections to come between the two over the next few months. While some question marks remain regarding the Patriots’ wide receiving corps, Brady undoubtedly will be able to continue relying on his bond with Gronkowski.
Brady is seven years older than the next-oldest Patriot, kicker Stephen Gostkowski. But he appears as youthful as ever.
“Nothing’s changed,” backup quarterback Brian Hoyer said when asked to compare the Brady he met as a rookie in 2009 and the Brady that he knows today. “Just the gray hairs, I guess.”
If Brady is experiencing any physical decline, it remains undetectable by the human eye. Mentally, he stays razor sharp. And his passion and competitive fire rages on.
The Patriots again have pinned their hopes on Brady as they enter the 2018 season. Throughout the years, players have come and gone. But Brady has remained the constant. This offseason saw the exit of four more franchise cornerstones – cornerback Malcolm Butler, left tackle Nate Solder, wide receiver Danny Amendola and running back Dion Lewis – but No. 12 remains at the helm.
