Lane Johnson Sends Major Message To Patriots Fans After Preseason Matchup

Lane Johnson didn’t manage to ingratiate himself to the Patriots fans in the offseason. The Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl 52, and Johnson was always involved in Patriots-related topics.

It turns out that Lane Johnson was just angry that his team was considered as inferior to the Pats. We understand this, but New England had the best quarterback of all times. That’s one of the many things Philadelphia lacks. Nick Foles didn’t seem to have chances to beat Brady, but he did that. Patriots fans never forgot this, and Johnson helped them remember the moment for good. He even thought they’d come after him in the second preseason game.

They were good. They were classy. I really have nothing to say. They were classy fans. Touché to them,” he said.
The very same fans booed Roger Goodell and he tried to avoid the team after the huge DeflateGate scandal.
Johnson knows how to use his 15 minutes. He attacked the Patriots’ culture in every single occasion.

“I just think that The Patriot Way is a fear-based organization. Obviously, do they win? Hell yes, they win. They’ve won for a long time. Do I think people enjoy and can say, ‘I had a lot of fun playing there?’ No, I don’t. That’s just the God’s honest truth,” he said on Barstool’s Pardon My Take.

“There wasn’t really a fun meter out there, but I guess they had more fun because they won,” Johnson said after his team lost to the Pats on Thursday.

Johnson will have to learn a few more things on sustainability and discipline before making remarks of this kind. The Patriots fans have this and much more. The team is all about the game and the score. The results say it all. The Patriots won five championships, and the Eagles have one.
