LeBron James Closes Yesterday’s Family Foundation Event With Heart-Warming Speech

The LeBron James Family Foundation organized the annual “We Are Family” reunion at Cedar Point Tuesday.

It was a nice gathering, and it sure made change to someone. LeBron and his mother Gloria welcomed over 8,000 students and their loved ones in the park. Each participant was treated to free admission to Cedar Point that day. The foundation is here for a big cause.

King James and his family thought that “To The Beach” theme would fit best the event.

The king of basketball addressed participants at the end of the evening, and thanked them for their major support. LeBron is proud of his success and the success of people around him.

The kid from Akron, Ohio, got pretty far in life, and always finds a way to help those in need. May this be a lesson for everyone else. There are people who need our support, and we can sure make the world a better place to live in.
Lebron opened his I Promise School in Akron on July 30. He made it with the help of the LeBron James Family Foundation’s “We Are Family” philosophy. It targets those in need, and this time King James helped at-youth risk. The kids are able to go to school now, and they also enjoy a few more benefits.

“I think the missing link in public education is that family wraparound support. Because our students come to school and they’re worried about things at home. … We want to create that safe, that secure and that caring and loving environment for our families and our students so that our kids can focus on education,” said Brandi Davis, the school’s principal.

This is the beginning of a new era. There are so many kids needing help, and we need more people like LeBron and his family.
