Rhamondre Stevenson Bullies Way For First Touchdown As Patriots Gain Lead

Rhamondre Stevenson is a fresh power in New England and his first touchdown did all the talking. I guess head coach Bill Belichick knew what he was doing. Stevenson joined the Patriots to win games, and yes, they are winning. The Dallas Cowboys won’t give up without a fight though.

Stevenson saw action in two games so far. He entered Week 6 with 13 touches for 34 yards in two games. The talented player has five carries for 23 yards and three catches for 39 yards Sunday.

Rhamondre Stevenson helps the Patriots win with his touchdown

Stevenson’s first career touchdown was a 1-yard and it gave the Patriots a good lead with 6:23 on the clock. Patriots players were up and down throughout the entire game and they have a good performance on both ends of the ball.

Dallas players did well with their yards, but they provided only two scores. They had two red zone turnovers in the first half of the night.

Patriots rookie quarterback Mac Jones completed 13 of 16 passes for 140 yards and a score. His team had 233 yards and 107 of these came through the rush game.

Having Stevenson on the field is really good. He saw great workload last weekend as Damien Harris was treating his rib injury. The Patriots listed Harris as questionable for this game, but he joined his teammates and even hit a score.

Stevenson didn’t find a lot of running room as he finished the win over Houston with 23 rushing yards on 11 carries for 2.1 yards per attempt. Patriots players didn’t target him in the passing game and most of his rushing attempts in the second half came as a result of Harris’ injury. Heading into this particular game, Stevenson had one carry for two yards. Hopefully, he will be able to add more to these stats.

New England is doing a decent job on the field and Dallas coaches struggle to keep their team afloat. Head coach Belichick and his squad came to win and they won’t go home without a big W.
