Lakers’ Star Austin Reaves Dishes On Unique LeBron James Trait That Makes Him ‘Special’

LeBron James led the Los Angeles Lakers to another great win and this time the team destroyed the Houston Rockets. It was a close win for the purple and gold, but Lakers players did their best to outplay their opponents. LeBron had another brilliant night and teammate Austin Reaves discussed one particular trait that makes him special.

LeBron is the oldest player in the NBA and will turn 39 in December. This is his third team in the NBA and he has had great time with each of his squads. Reaves knows it best and he had something to say about the energy LeBron brings to the floor each night.

The four-time NBA champion has this special power to boost the mood wherever he goes. He may be having a bad game or a bad night, but you won’t see it in his face or his attitude. If you ask Reaves, he will say LeBron act like he is 20 every day.

“The one special thing about Bron is… I’ve never really seen him in a bad mood. He’s always got great energy,” Reaves said of LeBron. “He’s the oldest player in the NBA but still acts like he’s 20 every day… I think he plays the game the same way, regardless of who he’s playing.”

Reaves and Lakers players see the best LeBron trait each night

LeBron entered the 2023-24 NBA season with a great plan. Head coach Darvin Ham said he’d play about 29 minutes each night, but LeBron plays much more than that each night. He is averaging 26.4 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 6.5 assists per game. His performance against the Rockets was amazing and LeBron issued a serious warning for the rest of the NBA.

He can still do it.

The king of basketball has cemented himself at the top. His stats are crazy and age has nothing on him. We have a good feeling that LeBron will manage to play with his two sons one day. That would be the greatest accomplishment in his career.
