Raiders Star Maxx Crosby Takes Shot At Lakers LeBron James

Maxx Crosby was more than proud of his accomplishment last season. He was brilliant in 2024 and earned a $6 million raise for the upcoming season. Working hard in the regular season always pays off and Crosby knows it well. He doesn’t think of leaving his team in the near future and hates when other athletes switch teams. Yes, Crosby did take a vile shot at LeBron James.

The four-time NBA champion is on his third team. He had two stints with the Cleveland Cavaliers and has won a title with each team he has ever played with. Crosby doesn’t like any of it.

“The guys who inspire me are the Kobes and the Jordans; the guys that stayed at the same place and won in the same place,” Crosby said on the June 7 episode of “The Jim Rome Show.” “No offense to the guys like LeBron and those dudes — I won’t give them some heat but they took the easier road traveled and that’s not the way I look at it.

“Going through the ups and downs and the hardships is going to make it that much sweeter when I do win a Super Bowl. So I plan on being here for a very long time and I plan on winning here.”

Crosby has to work even more to catch up with LeBron

This makes us believe that Crosby is an optimist about his future in Las Vegas. We are also convinced that Crosby is not a LeBron fan. He is definitely a fan of late Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan.

Crosby and the Raiders did a decent job in 2023, but they still need a strong quarterback option. They finished the season with an 8-9 record and the front office has made some roster adjustments. Will this take the Raiders to the Super Bowl? Let’s see what happens in the upcoming season.
