Patriots Release Injury Report Ahead Of Cowboys Game, Tom Brady Questionable

The New England Patriots will take on the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. The team has released their injury report Friday, and they have both good and bad news.

Let’s start with the good news. New England hasn’t ruled any of their player for the game against the Cowboys. The bad news Tom Brady. TB12 was listed questionable along with 11 other players.

Here’s the full report for New England:

QUESTIONABLE:

QB Tom Brady (right elbow)

WR Phillip Dorsett (concussion)

WR Mohamed Sanu (ankle)

LB Ja’Whaun Bentley (knee)

S Patrick Chung (heel/chest)

S Nate Ebner (ankle/back)

WR Julian Edelman (shoulder)

RB Damien Harris (hamstring)

OLB John Simon (elbow)

OT Marcus Cannon (illness)

CB Jason McCourty (groin)

WR Matthew Slater (hamstring)

Brady, Cannon, McCourty and Slater’s names were added Friday.

Sanu didn’t practice with the team Wednesday and Thursday. He was listed as limited player on Friday. Is he healthy enough to play on Sunday?

Patriots coaches didn’t provide much information regarding their injured players.

Isaiah Wynn isn’t questionable

Isaiah Wynn is eligible to play, but head coach Bill Belichick didn’t provide much information about him. Belichick did praise his determination to improve and get better. New England has two days to get ready for the game at Gillette Stadium, and they will provide more information Saturday.

According to the head coach, Wynn worked really hard, and did a lot of scout-team work to restore his timing and work against the defense.

Dante Scarnecchia didn’t want to speculate, but he was happy with Wynn’s development, adding that he tried really hard, and became much better than he used to be in his beginnings with the team. At the moment, Wynn is completely healthy and strong, and Scarnecchia doesn’t see a reason to eliminate Wynn from the upcoming game.

Sunday’s game will be tough for the Patriots. Head coach Belichick better have a plan for the team, because the Cowboys will try to use their tricks and overrun his players. It’s an important game for New England, and let’s hope they will win it. Tom Brady is frustrated about the offense, and he wants them to score more points.
