LeBron Reacts To Meeting Up With Bill Clinton After Beating Nets

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday at Barclays Center. It was a brilliant 128-113 win, and someone special attended the game. LeBron sure noticed that special person. Former United States President Bill Clinton was sitting courtside during the game.

The Lakers superstar admitted that it was a great honor for him to have been able to talk to Bill Clinton.

“Between him and Barack (Obama), my presidents, guys that I’ve just admired, when Bill was in office and obviously when Barack in office,” LeBron said as noted by Jeff Zillgitt of USA TODAY Sports. “To be able to have a personal relationship with Barack and being able to go up to Bill and he knows me, it’s just surreal.”

Meeting Bill Clinton was a brilliant moment for King James

LeBron also explained why he liked this moment and other similar moments.

“I know you all get sick and tired of hearing about the kid from Akron, you have no idea where I come from and the odds that were stacked up against me, to have moments where I can shake the President of the United States’ hand and be on a first-name basis, it’s crazy,” he added.

King James had another brilliant performance against Brooklyn. He scored game-high 27 points on 11-of-19 shooting, and also had three triples, 12 rebounds, 10 assists, a steal, and a block. The Lakers are trying to make three straight wins, and the Philadelphia 76ers are next on the list. LeBron’s team and the Lakers are playing the 76ers on Saturday.

LeBron will pass Kobe Bryant in this game as he needs just 18 points to pass the Black Mamba. But Bryant doesn’t like it when his name is mentioned in the GOAT debate. No player likes that. Most professional players are interested in winning games. That’s all. Lists are no longer important. The end of the season is important, and the Los Angeles Lakers will try to finish this season with a title. They haven’t won a title since Bryant’s last season with the team. Let’s hope that LeBron and Anthony Davis will help LA win a title this time.
