Giannis Antetokounmpo to follow his brother
Kostas measures at 6 feet 10 and 200 pounds. He is an interesting prospect at the moment, and the Lakers will sure find the best role for him. Kostas played the past season for the Lakers, and spent all of the season with the G League affiliate, the South Bay Lakers. Giannis’ brother is just 23 and he can easily become a superstar. NBA analysts have predicted great future for the Greek native. A lot of hard work and seasoning will turn him into an elite player.
Some fans see Kostas as a way of getting Giannis. The Lakers have been linked with Giannis for quite some time. Seeing Giannis join the Lakers seems like a really good scenario. The Lakers could definitely use his MVP performance. The reigning NBA MVP has had a great game with the Bucks and he is a good fit for LA. Imagine Giannis, Anthony Davis, and LeBron James on the court. That would be the ultimate trio in the NBA.
Giannis will become a free agent next offseason. If he decides to test the open market, the Lakers and many other NBA teams will try to snatch the talented player. Lakers general manager Rob Pelinka will go after Giannis and he will have to make the best offer to get him.
Davis and LeBron will lead the team to the top in the upcoming season. LA had a brilliant game in Orlando and the Lakers made the top of the West in the regular season. The Lakers won the first title in a decade, and players will try to replicate the success.
