LeBron James’ Status For Tonight’s Game Revealed

NBA fans can’t wait to see the Los Angeles Lakers back in action. Experts have some concerns regarding LeBron James and his status for the upcoming game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

The Grizzlies will have their second game against the Lakers in three days. Los Angeles needs LeBron on the floor, and he is listed as questionable for the rematch against Memphis on Tuesday night.

LeBron James’ status won’t change his readiness to win

The Lakers listed players on their injury report in almost every game. Of course, they didn’t have anyone on the injury report ahead of the season-opener against the Clippers. LeBron was questionable to play in every game. The four-time NBA champion suffered a mild sprain on his ankle in the opening night of the regular season. King James didn’t miss the Christmas Day game and played against the Dallas Mavericks. It looks like his ankle issue only got worse.

The Lakers have been listing LeBron as questionable since the beginning of their road trip. However, he did play every game in the regular season. This only confirms his readiness to win games. LeBron made a promise and he will definitely keep it.

Los Angeles had the shortest offseason in league history. Players won the NBA championship in Orlando and had just two months to rest and get ready for the 2020-21 season.

On Monday, Lakers head coach Frank Vogel said that although his superstar deals with soreness in his ankle, LeBron will definitely play through the pain. LeBron will probably join the starting lineup for the upcoming game against Memphis.

In Sunday’s win over the Grizzlies, LeBron scored 22 points, 13 rebounds, and 8 assists in 32 minutes on the floor. He is averaging 25.3 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 10.2 assists while shooting 49.3% from the field. Los Angeles has back-to-back games in the next few days, and LeBron may get his well-deserved rest on Thursday or Friday.
